Chapter 10 takes inspiration from Chapter 3 (“The Road Home”), utilizing the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection but expanding the ages and incorporating a unique finish.

The blend includes:14-year-old Basil Hayden (high-rye bourbon)11 and 9-year-old Knob Creek10-year-old Booker’s9-year-old Baker’s4-year-old Jim Beam bourbon finished in sherry and toasted bourbon casks

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich layers of dark caramel, brown sugar, fig, raisin, and toasted oak, followed by hints of cinnamon and tart citrus.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety. It features classic Beam nuttiness combined with sweet grain, baking spices, dark honey, and subtle cocoa.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering seasoned oak, vanilla, and dark fruit.
