Damaged, Spoiled, or Missing Products
We understand that issues may arise during shipping. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
Broken Wax Policy
Certain bottles, particularly those sealed with wax, are prone to cracking or slight imperfections during transit.

Cracked or chipped wax seals do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

If the damage affects the bottle's integrity (e.g., leaking product), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos for review.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges

In-person returns or exchanges are allowed at our Longwood, FL store.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
