13th Colony Barrel Symphony (Composition No. 1) is a limited-release cask-strength bourbon and rye blend from 13th Colony Distilleries featuring an 87% straight bourbon (6 years old) and 13% straight rye (7 years old) mash mix bottled at 116.2 proof. 

Nose: Warm honey, maple syrup, sweet peach, apricot, and rich caramel.

Palate: Buttermilk pancakes, baking spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), dark chocolate, and candied citrus peel.

Finish: Lingering rye spice, sweet corn, and a warm, balanced, and complex fade.
